The legally required working-time record, plus your team's holidays and absences. One fixed monthly price, however many employees you have.
Every company in Spain must record each employee's start and finish time every day and keep the record for four years (article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute). Time tracking keeps it without paper and without buying any device.
Any tablet or phone with a browser works as a clock-in terminal. Each employee clocks in with their own PIN.
Employees with access to their portal clock in from their phone and see their punches and hours for the month there.
A board shows who has clocked in, who has not arrived yet and which workdays were left open.
A forgotten punch gets corrected, but it does not disappear: every correction keeps its reason, who asked for it and who accepted it, and it appears in the annex of the record the employee receives.
From their portal, employees request a correction for a day and explain why. The manager accepts or rejects it.
If someone does not clock out, their workday is flagged as open until it is corrected. Nobody makes up the time.
Every punch carries a fingerprint chained to the previous one, included in the punches export: a change made outside the application breaks the chain.
Employees request holidays from their portal and the manager approves or rejects them. Sick leave, other leave and public holidays count when working out the hours each person was due.
Each employee sees the days they have left, including those carried over from the previous year.
A calendar shows who is away each day, so you can plan the month at a glance.
National and regional public holidays are added in one click; local ones, by hand.
At the end of the month you download what you are asked for: each employee's record as a PDF and the team's hours as an Excel file.
One PDF per person with each day's punches, each week's hours and the corrections annex: the one kept available for the Labour Inspectorate and handed to the employee.
An Excel file with the hours worked, the hours due according to the schedule and the difference for each employee, ready for whoever does the payroll.
If your accounting advisor has access to your account, they can check the record and download the hours without having to ask you.
